Custom brushes
We use 3D printing for production central parts of brushes. This allows us to make brush centers for any criteria and any size and shaft mounting. It also gives us the opportunity to produce a small batch of brushes.
If your brush differs from those presented in the store, then we can make custom central part of the brush. We will prepare a 3D view for you after agreeing on the following parameters:
Dimensions
Type of fit
Number of rows
Number of holes in a row
Hole size
After printing, we check the quality and send for assembly.
Our assembly department then fixes the filament and the product is ready to ship.
Most often we use Nylon and PBT. We have a well-established filament procurement system and, in agreement with the customer, it is possible to insert almost any type of it (PBT, NYLON, PP, PET, PET-G and so on)
